Job Description :
Job Overview : In this hands-on role, the SaaS Manager will ensure that coordinated service, delivery, and operations for our clients. He/she will coach, mentor and manage the team to ensure that multiple projects meet their deadlines.
Job Responsibilities :
- Act as a business partner and deliver effective business insights, while holding himself and others accountable
- Oversee client support to eliminate the need for escalation
- Oversee and participate in UAT
- Must go beyond the basics of their jobs and focus on improving processes
- Meet regularly with senior stakeholders to discuss their needs and goals
- Take a lead and get involved in other areas of the organization whenever possible
- Act as a change agent and help other functional areas make changes and improvements that will contribute to the organization's strategic business goals
- Will work with each department to ensure that decisions (hiring, training, etc.) are aligned with the business goals and will lead to revenue
- Ensure multiple projects for both existing and new customers are delivered on time
- Have an execution focus
- Provide transparency and visibility with the team and to the entire organization
Experience and Skill :
- Software implementation project management experience
- Understanding of policy, planning, and strategy.
- Ability to develop, implement and review policies and procedures.
- Ability to address problems and opportunities for the company
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in documenting and creating processes
- Exceptional communication skills
