Manager - Sales - SaaS (8-14 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager for our SaaS Sales team to lead sales efforts in the US and Europe markets. As the Manager of SaaS Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth in these key regions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the SaaS industry, has a successful track record in sales management, and can navigate the complexities of both the US and European markets.
He/she will be working closely with the CEO and Client Engagement Team of the company.
Qualification and Work Experience-
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Australia and/or European markets.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with diverse cultural backgrounds.
- In-depth knowledge of the SaaS industry, trends, and customer preferences in both the US and Europe.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities-
- Lead and mentor a team of SaaS Sales Managers and Representatives, providing coaching, support, and guidance to drive sales performance in the Australia and Europe markets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the unique demands and preferences of the Australia and European customers.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create region-specific lead generation strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers, strategic partners, and industry influencers in the Australia and Europe markets.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends in each region.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer pain points and present our SaaS solutions as value-driven offerings that meet their specific requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, track key performance metrics, and provide regular sales reports to the executive team.
- Collaborate with the Product team to provide customer feedback and insights for product enhancement and localization.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, pricing policies, and compliance standards in both the Australia and European markets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities and threats in the regions.

- Self-motivated and comfortable making day-to-day decisions and an ability to display problem-solving skills and work well in a fast paced, agile environment.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets in the Australia and Europe market space.
- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Active listening skills and endless sense of curiosity and creativity.
- Strong presentation skills and should be an expert on PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience working on prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or any CRM Tool.
- Brings a strong execution headset with a track record of "getting things done".
- Any additional courses completed/ certifications related to the domain will be an added advantage.
