Manager - Sales - Retail Transaction Vertical - Real Estate (2-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Engage in business development activities for Retail (Malls, High streets etc)
- These activities need to be undertaken through focussed BD, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units with Retailers/Brands/ Mall owners.
- Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with developers & Retailers
- Provide Advisory services to effectively conclude Retail transactions
- Focussing Pan India market. This includes sourcing, executing & closing Retail deals.
- Assess client requirements & Execute Transaction
- Option Sourcing of Retail properties, Client Presentations, site Inspections, providing pricing inputs, Negotiations & Legal, Closure. Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clients.
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as cash flows, and presentations. Strong financial skills. Demonstrate client and program management skills for sale/lease transactions, including coordination with offshore teams and clients. Ability to independently conduct project meetings, follow-ups and successful closure of deals.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
- Ensuring client engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
