The Role
As a Group Manager you need to manage sales for the corporate/Retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Collection target allocation to account managers & regular monitoring of Ad sales revenue achievements
- Closure of corporate/Retail deals along with team
- Handling a team of Account Managers & monitoring team's clients
- Managing agency relationships:
1. Identifying agencies
2. Maintaining healthy client relationship
- Interacting with corporate clients:
1. Creating briefs according to clients needs
2. Ensuring timely delivery of briefs
- Coordinating and integrating with the Programming & Creative Solutions team.
- New Business Development
- Train & motivate team
Desired Profile:
- An MBA with 10-17 Year's experience.
- Team Handling Experience.
- Client Relationship.
- Corporate/Retail Sales
