Manager - Sales - Resume Writing Services (4-10 yrs)
About the role:
This role falls under the resume writing division of the DAYS Group of Companies. We are pioneers in the field of creating professional resumes and our resumes have been well received in the employment market, making us one of the top players in the resume writing space in India. This role requires you to foray into the employment market to identify potential clients and engage with them on a consultative selling model
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Learning about the employment market at depth and the service offerings to address the prevailing problem among job seekers.
- Identifying the potential clients through lead generation efforts on professional networking and social media platforms.
- Engage with the identified leads on a consultative approach and showcase the service offerings which helps them in the employment market.
- Negotiate deals with the prospects and complete the sales lifecycle.
- Account management of clients which includes co-ordination with the delivery teams to ensure that the orders are delivered to the clients as per norms.
Requirement:
- A minimum of 4 years of B2C selling experience in domain such as EdTech, Recruitment, Overseas Education or Employment process.
- Exceptional communication skills spoken and written.
- Proven success record in both inbound and outbound sales, lead generation and outbound prospecting.
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment where self-motivation is mandatory.
- Should have handled roles managing P&L for the organization.
