Job Description :
As a Sales Manager within our RPO division, you will lead the expansion of our comprehensive recruitment services. This role requires a seasoned professional with a robust track record in RPO sales, adept at forging strategic partnerships and driving sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients, focusing on RPO services. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within targeted industries to understand their recruitment needs and propose tailored solutions.
Client Engagement :
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and continuous improvement initiatives.
Sales Leadership :
- Lead, inspire, and manage a sales team dedicated to meeting and exceeding sales goals. Provide ongoing training and development to ensure team proficiency in ProPMO's RPO offerings.
Market Analysis :
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the RPO sector.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with the ProPMO marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on client engagement strategies and service delivery.
Reporting :
- Regularly report to senior management on sales progress, pipeline development, and strategic opportunities for further growth.
Required Qualifications:
Experience :
- At least 10-15 years in sales, specifically within an RPO or comprehensive HR services environment.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Skills :
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and achieve targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes and RPO service delivery.
- Proficient in CRM and sales management software.
Travel Requirements :
- Ability to travel as necessary to engage with clients and attend industry-specific events.
