We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive our sales efforts from lead generation to conversion.

Role Overview :


As a Sales Manager at Hirein5, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. This is an individual contributor (IC) role where you will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. We prefer candidates with experience in the staffing industry who can leverage their expertise to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.

- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understand their staffing needs and present Hirein5's solutions effectively.

- Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Hirein5's staffing solutions.

- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.

- Pipeline Management : Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

- Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, close deals, and ensure seamless contract execution.

- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

- Reporting : Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and key metrics.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the staffing industry.

- Skills : Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the staffing industry, including market dynamics, client needs, and competitor landscape.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

- Tech-Savvy : Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage the sales process effectively.

- Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
