The ideal candidate will have a strong sales/staffing background and excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships with key accounts.

- Develop sales strategies and set goals to meet revenue targets.


- Maintain customer relationships, recognize customer needs, and provide insights.


- Compile and analyze sales figures, identify trends and sales patterns, and forecast sales.


- Analyze market trends, Market Research and behaviors to inform the company's sales efforts.


- Identifying the opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to the existing customers.


- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.


- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
