Manager - Sales - Real Estate/Hospitality (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the sales leads to achieve the sales targets in the assigned regions.
- Responsible for managing a team of around 4-5 people and managing strategies with the sales leads to set targets for associates and achieve the same.
- Must be able to manage the existing process that is scalable.
- Responsible for reading data and optimize team graphs according to given metrics. Also, must be capable of integrating these learnings within the team.
- To mentor and coach sales associates.
- To ensure that the team is up to date with all the relevant product knowledge and service offerings.
- To carry out ground level research and collaborate with leads to come up with strategies to maximise output. Also plan marketing campaigns as per assigned region requirements.
- To track and report KPIs and KRAs of the team on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Responsible for achieving team and individual targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Responsible for collaborating with the sales lead to help improve supply and the product features using their practical knowledge.
- Work on various new projects to solve seasonal issues and improve team skills.
- Must develop a keen understanding of associate responsibilities to be able to assist with hiring for the same.
- Understanding performance data and transforming it into actionable strategy
Key Qualifications :
- Any Graduate.
Education level : Graduate
- Minimum 70% required in academics
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Preferred industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development or customer service
Skills :
- Understanding of the UK market in terms of geography and demographics will be a plus.
- Should have experience of managing 4-5 team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS excel, sales pipeline, and CRM. Should carry a data-driven and analytical approach.
