Manager - Sales - Real Estate/Hospitality (10-15 yrs)
Job Summary
Hiring for a Manager Sales. A person having decent experience in driving Sales and revenue generation and a strong relationship & partnership management, preferably from Real estate/ Hospitality background.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and Manage revenue targets of all the centers, with focus on top line
- Lead potential members onboarding/ client acquisition
- Partner and other industry association
- Lead brand awareness, plan and attend events as applicable and drive community programs with marketing team
- Constant up-gradation of information to know about trends in workspaces and the industry
- Develop location-specific packages and promotions as required.
- Design innovative methods and means to generate revenue
- Manage customer relationships for major accounts including expansion & renewals and AR
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in Sales and Negotiation skills, preferably in B2B sales
- Proficiency/ experience in Customer Management
- Team Management and Interpersonal Skills Vibrant personality & positive attitude
- Great communication skills
- Need to be able to Multi-task, analyze and solve problems
