1. Job Description:
a. Pre-Sales Handling.
b. Training new Sales Executives.
c. Negotiations and Closures.
d. Supporting to CRM Team.
e. Tracking lead generation to closure.
f. Helping the team to handle different personalities and boosting them to reach their targets.
g. Profitable business sales closure.
h. Preparations of various reports to enable higher management to analyze the data
i. Mentoring the team members and help them close the deals
j. Communicate with the CRM Team for giving adequate data regarding the new bookings
k. Facilitating a smooth transition of the client with the CRM Team.
l. introducing the clients to various bankers and thereafter allowing the CRM Team to continue the coordination
