Job Title: Manager - Real Estate Acquisition

Location: Bengaluru

Position Overview:

As the group is rapidly expanding and ushering in a phase of accelerated growth, we are inviting applications from candidates for the position of Manager - Real Estate Acquisition in Bengaluru.

The job primarily involves market research, acquisition and set-up of commercial/residential real estate for new pre-schools & negotiating and finalizing lease agreements.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to analyze emerging trends in Pre-School & Child care sector in Bangalore in terms of competition/ offering/pricing/real estate

- Generate leads for properties to set up new Pre-Schools and Child Care Centres

- Liaise with real estate brokers/ real-estate groups for leasing activity

- Meet targets for leasing and ensure successful completion of the process starting from lead generation, site visits and negotiations to finalizing the lease agreement

- Assist in procurement w.r.t. negotiation with vendors and overall management of all tasks for setting up the leased properties

- Assist in finalization of projects within timeline, budget and quality targets

- Assist in maintaining and upkeep of existing Pre-Schools and Child Care Centres

- Performs regular reporting on market research, leasing activities, project schedules & business reviews with senior management

Desired Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of leasing/sales/business development experience preferably with a tier 1 property consultant company

- Excellent communication, negotiation & project management skills

- An understanding of financial terms, modelling on property deal as well as civil-works

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred

- Well organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented

- A Go-getter with a strong personal drive to succeed

- Candidates with their own vehicle will be preferred
