Manager - Sales - Real Estate (8-13 yrs)
We have an opening with our client Real Estate Company looking out for a Sales Manager @ Coimbatore Location
Roles:
- Developing Business and achieving the company sales
- Leading a team with 7 sales staff.
- Formulating the sales process & procedures for all the sales
- Monitoring customers, market & competitors activity
- Identify potential customer segments, drive team to new segments
- Achieve total customer satisfaction.
Reporting To: VP Sales
Requirements:
1. Experience in customer management skills in terms of sale negotiation, customer issues, etc..
2. Experience in development of strategies for Sales
3. Experience in Formulating the sales process & procedures for all the sales teams
4. Candidates from Real Estate, Insurance, and Auto Mobile Industry Preferred
Experience: Minimum 8 Yrs.
Age: Above 35 Yrs.
Education: Any UG / PG
Salary: Negotiable
