The Job
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the property development sector, focusing on key accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions effectively.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring successful contract finalization.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closed deal.
- Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform future sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 8 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Sales Operations / Sales Support role, ideally within the Real Estate and Hospitality industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of Hunting
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
