Manager - Sales - Real Estate (8-10 yrs)
Sales Manager
- Accompany the customer for site visits & explain property details to them
- Provide advisory/consultation to customers in purchasing property for the best deal.
- Understand client needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
- Initiate negotiation discussion, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Develop network and engage with various channel partners / brokers & promote sales
- Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events
- Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro economics on the sector
- Updating of Sales Report updating lead Summary to Reportee on daily basis.
- Coordinating with Clients regarding Payments, Legal Documents pending if any.
- Coordinating with the Contractors and Site Engineers for the progress of the Projects.
- Participating in project's events, launch, ads and exhibitions arranged by the company
- Will be positioned at site or office.
Skills Required :
- ERP and Computer Knowledge
- Team Handling and coordination
- MIS and excel proficient
- Communication expertise.
