Manager - Sales - Real Estate (8-10 yrs)
We are on look out or a Sales Manager for a well established builder who are in to Hi-end villas, apartments, plots etc.
Job location : Whitefield, Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Should be able to sell plots ticket size 75 Lakh onwards and later will be selling apartments.
- The basic and the most important step is to identify the need and want of the customers and effectively analysis the Problem of the client
- To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements
- To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers
- To constantly review Competitor performance and monitor their work, so that we can develop the win-win situation among all the customer.
- To generate the Site visit report daily for professional follow up with Clients to make the booking keep all the datas regarding client details up to date with proper follow ups and co-ordinate with clients for booking process end to end
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate should have 8-10 years good knowledge and experience in related industry . Should possess good communication skill
- Must know Kannada or Telugu.
- Should have good convincing skill and understanding the client requirements
- Should have knowledge about competitor's details for our sales competition
- Should have know and act as per the role and responsibilities
