We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Luxury Residential Sales Manager to join our team in Bhubaneswar. If you have a passion for luxury real estate, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to lead a high-performing team.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the luxury residential market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and potential buyers.
- Stay current with market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to create compelling promotional materials.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Proven experience in luxury residential sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market in Bhubaneswar.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
