Manager - Sales - Real Estate (6-8 yrs)
Main Responsibilities:
- Generating leads for new business development
- Develop and maintain tie-ups with industry-specific organizations for building new alliances.
- Identifying right clients across the industry.
- Sending proposals through e-mailers, letters, working on presentations while pitching new client.
- Achieving revenue targets.
- Preparing client contracts
Essential Skills:
1. Sales/pre-sales experience
2. Strong communication and objection handling skills
3. Strong presentation skills in addition to excellent written and oral communication
skills
Experience & Qualification:
- Individual Contributor:4 -6 years in Sales/Pre Sales with minimum 2-3 years' experience with an Architect Firm/ Real estate firm catering to commercial premises
- Management/ marketing graduate from a good institute would be preferred
