Job Overview :
- We are a prominent villa and apartment developer, is in search of an experienced Sales Manager to oversee all sales-related activities, exhibiting a depth of knowledge and expertise in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy and Planning :
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify and explore potential markets for expansion.
Team Leadership :
- Lead, manage, and guide the sales team towards meeting and exceeding targets.
- Monitor and set individual sales goals for team members.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Sales Process Oversight :
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and best practices.
Market Research and Analysis :
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Analyze market data to adapt and improve sales strategies.
Reporting and Analysis :
- Generate regular sales reports, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze sales performance to make strategic adjustments.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 6-10 years of sales experience, particularly in real estate sales and management.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
Experience : 5 to 10 years
CTC : 70 to 80K
