Manager - Sales - Real Estate (6-10 yrs)
1. Contribute ideas to brands creation & sustenance.
2. Making Marketing strategies as per market scenario, product category, and target group.
3. Setting ups sales target weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
4. Supervise and ensure smooth handover of flats with the project and maintenance team.
5. Corporate client identification, presentations, corporate sales.
6. Supervise hiring for sales & marketing division, team training, team building, target setting for the team, and ensuring achievements of targets.
7. Liaison with the collection department and putting the stocks for sale, if any cancellation happens.
8. Achievement of sales targets.
9. Render support and administrative services for smooth functioning of the department.
10. Negotiation & finalization of deals
11. Identifying and developing channel partners and managing effectively.
12. Generating sales through customer referrals.
