Manager - Sales - Real Estate (5-8 yrs)
- To attend walk-in customers and understand their property requirements.
- Offer a selection of properties available for sale and provide layout details that fit requirements in terms of price, size, and location.
- To create the demo process based on the target customer, product positioning and offering
- To meet CPs & ICPs for generating leads
- Networking with key customers on an on-going basis and carry out practices towards developing and maintaining relations with existing and potential customers.
- To maintain the database/CRM with the relevant information of the prospects and customers
- Meeting customers for closing the sales and work towards achieving the sales targets for the Company Independently.
