We are looking for a Sales & Marketing resource ( Individual Contributor role) for one of the leading real estate developers based out of Bangalore. They provides Hi end villas and Plots.

JOB PROFILE:

- Connecting (Cold Calling) clients on daily basis and briefing them about the property ensuring their requirements are fulfilled.

- Generating 4 meeting Prospects (Average) on daily basis.

- Constant follow-ups on prospective leads and inviting clientele for the site Visits.

- Building Client relationship, briefing them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits.

- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.

- Visit to Sites as per the plan set with Clients and escorting them throughout the site ensuring all specifications/amenities etc. are briefed them properly.

- Revenue Generation aligned with the achievement of Monthly Targets.

- Follow-up for Payments/dues.

Project & Job Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

DESIRED PROFILE : 5+ years experience in selling Ticket size above 60 lakhs. He need to sell pots currently.
