Manager - Sales - Real Estate (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners/brokers to generate and mobilize footfall.

- Engage continuously with channel partners to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Develop innovative schemes and incentives to attract channel partners and customers.

- Expand the network of channel partners beyond Bangalore to increase reach.

2. Sales Performance:

- Achieve sales targets as per the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly, and monthly goals.

- Drive the closure of sales deals with customers.

- Implement strategies to reduce slow-moving inventory and facilitate faster inventory turnover.

- Evaluate the performance of channel partners and monitor channel sales.

- Train and guide channel partners to achieve revenue and business objectives.

3. Channel Partner Network Management:

- Identify and onboard channel partners based on company criteria.

- Clearly communicate company terms and conditions to channel partners.

- Monitor lead generation and conversion activities of channel partners.

- Support channel partners in addressing post-sales customer service needs.

4. Sales Reporting & Inventory Management:

- Manage and allocate inventory to channel partners based on client preferences.

- Provide timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports on channel partner activities.

- Prepare detailed reports for decision-making at the regional and head office levels.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

- Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns, ensuring resolution within agreed timelines.

- Address complex customer issues and escalate them when necessary.

- Maintain accurate documentation for all customers.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve escalated customer complaints efficiently.

6. Process Improvement & Adherence:

- Identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures within the work area.

- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity.

- Comply with all company-defined guidelines and processes.

- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to build and manage a network of channel partners.

- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in sales reporting and inventory management.

- Knowledge of the real estate sector, with a focus on channel sales.
