Manager - Sales - Real Estate (5-6 yrs)
- Responsible for looking after the entire sales operations of our projects.
- Achieving the targeted Sales. Regular follow-up with customers for sales.
- Payment collection as per the guidelines.
- Prepare MIS Report on monthly basis.
- To meet sales targets as laid down from time to time.
- To take up sales promotional activities as per requirement.
- Generate Enquirer. Follow up all enquirer & report to HO.
- Plan & implement Marketing Strategy including online and offline campaigns. PR, Organizing exhibitions & Special sales promotional events.
- Taking buyers to the site, coordinating the legalities of the sale.
- Accompany customers on site visits and make sure that customer is briefed in detail about the project. Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
