Manager - Sales - Real Estate (5-15 yrs)
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and propose the best property solutions with favorable terms.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to accurately estimate property values.
- Accompany clients on site visits, showcase properties, and manage routine calls.
- Develop and maintain a strong network with channel partners and brokers to generate leads and promote sales.
- Actively participate in marketing initiatives, industry events, exhibitions, and brand events.
- Stay updated on market trends and developments in the residential real estate sector, including the impact of micro and macroeconomics.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor/masters degree (any discipline) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
