Manager - Sales - Real Estate (5-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Sell residential properties in Kompally, Hyderabad.
- Achieve maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment within the designated zone/territory.
- Facilitate negotiation processes and advise clients on market conditions and prices.
- Provide consultation to customers for marketing and purchasing property, ensuring the best deals under favorable terms.
- Understand clients' needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
- Accompany customers on site visits, display properties, and manage routine calls.
- Develop and maintain a strong network with channel partners/brokers to promote sales.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, industry events, exhibitions, and brand events.
- Stay updated on developments in the residential real estate sector and understand the impact of micro and macroeconomics on the industry.
