Manager - Sales - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in residential, commercial, and/or industrial real estate.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive business and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust strategies and stay ahead of market demands.
Sales Targets : Set and track sales targets and KPIs for the sales team. Regularly analyze performance metrics and take corrective action when necessary.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations : Oversee client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring that deals are closed successfully.
Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of sales campaigns, property listings, and contract finalization.
Reporting & Forecasting : Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, including details on pipeline status, sales forecasts, and revenue projections.
Contract Management : Oversee the negotiation and execution of contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and real estate laws.
Customer Service : Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry through to post-sale support.
Brand Representation : Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and attract new business.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X+ years) in sales leadership within the real estate industry (residential, commercial, or both).
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends, pricing strategies, and industry regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in team management, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, including prospecting, relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid real estate license (if required by the region).
Preferred Skills:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Established network of industry contacts, investors, and brokers.
- Experience in digital sales and marketing strategies (online platforms, social media, etc.).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel to client meetings, property showings, and industry events as required.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when necessary to meet client demands.
Working Conditions:
