- Minimum 5 years of real estate experience is a must.
- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
- Inclination towards making a career in real estate industry.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter with an ability to work independently.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Pleasing Personality and able to handle sales within defined guidelines.
- Good PR, Social and Networking Skills to enhance customer base.
