Manager - Sales - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
- Looking for candidates having experience in sales of high end luxury properties and have dealt with HNI Clients
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
2. Determine clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
3. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
4. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties- value
5. Display and market real property to possible buyers
6. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
7. Manage property auctions or exchanges
8. Maintain and update listings of available properties
9. Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors
10. Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors
11. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
12. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
Qualifications :
- Must have experience in high end Real Estate properties
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-starter who is customer focused, with excellent problem-solving skills
