Manager - Sales - Real Estate (4-7 yrs)
URGENT Hiring for our client-(SALES MANAGERS). At least graduates with 5-7 years of Experience for UDAIPUR-Rajasthan.
Short JD:
- Develop and nurture relationship with CAT A&B Builders / DSA /Connectors / Property Brokers.
- Maintain at least 10 active Builders / DSA relationships per RO/RM in his team.
- Every month - Login of minimum 6 files, Sanction of 4 files, Disbursal of 3 files per RO/RM in his team.
- Ensure no FPD / SPD/TPD Cases.
- Assignment of monthly assigned targets to team
- Attend all training related to Product and Policy and clear certifications on timely basis
- Maintain proper Portfolio Quality i.e. city wise
- Ensure team vintage of good performers
- Ensure 100% compliance of training within the team
- In-depth knowledge of Home Loan / LAP
- Have relationships with Builders/DSA/Connectors / Property Brokers in 2 or more cities in same region
- Develop and Manage Team city wise
- In-depth Knowledge of credit and disbursal process.
- Knowledge of finance and competitors
- Willing to travel at stretch in region
