Urgent opening Sales Manager with an leading well know construction company

Job Location - Panvel

1. Achieving the weekly targets in a high-pressure performance driven competitive environment

2. Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance, keeping track of factors like conversion ratio, Average revenue generated in month, Average revenue per sale, etc

3. Activating channel partners, brokers and corporate for lead generation and events

4. Achieving set targets for broker meetups and activations

5. Performing site visit and presentation to clients and solving all queries of clients, address queries and help sales team for sourcing and closing

6. Need to be multitasking and self-driven approach

7. Maintaining MIS of self-performance weekly, daily, monthly and reporting to senior management

8. Utilize leads from the Marketing team and generate self-leads through local activities/CP Activations in given micro market

9. Ensure compliance with crm/operations/possessions processes, guaranteeing customer satisfaction at all touchpoints.

10. Provide after-sales services and assist customers in obtaining home loans.

11. Build network of banking professional and build a repo for customer's loan requirements

12. Meet sales targets monthly/quarterly/yearly, contributing to the growth and success of the company

13. Devise sales strategies and suggest best cost-effective techniques for achieving sales goals

14. Work closely with marketing and presales team in order to ensure smooth sales/presales process

15. Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions.

16. Conduct half yearly/quarterly market research in given micro markets and implement innovative ideas for strategy/process improvisation

17. Lead a team of sales executives and help them in achieving individual sales targets as per requirements

18. Plan and execute CP/Sales offers for digital leads, broker leads during festive season from planning till execution.

19. Actively participate in management meetings, digital meetings for providing on ground feedback for improvements, present innovative ideas.
