Manager - Sales - Real Estate (3-7 yrs)
- Execute Industrial transactions such as a land sale or lease,
- Business Development, the Relationship building, networking with Clients
- CRM & Key Account Management.
- Concurrently act as landlord/developer/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent and effectively negotiate business terms & conditions.
- Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Prepare information memorandums, financial analysis, analytical, market intelligence, and seek inputs from solicitors, legal consultants & Government bodies.
- Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele, and overall governance during the execution phase.
Additional Information:
Required Skills:
- Graduate with 2- 3 years experience
- Self-starter, Confident, Collaborative with the ability to multi-task.
- Ideally should have Sales experience, preference is for the Real Estate sector
- Track record in negotiations, deal closure, and Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent Communication Skills - Written & Verbal.
- Knack for problem-solving, business development.
- Strong analytical & finance skills.
- Understanding of business operations and macro-economic dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Mandatory Skills:
Manufacturing transactions, brokerage, customer relationship, sales, real estate, Microsoft office
