Manager - Sales - Real Estate (3-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry (3-5 years).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Sound knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Two wheeler is mandatory
