Manager - Sales - Real Estate (3-5 yrs)

For the last 6 years, we have been offering data-backed, strategy-rich, insight-driven Strategy and Marketing solutions for clients based in Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurugram and ancillary locations.
Location : Bengaluru
Preferred experience : 3-5 years (Real Estate sales experience is mandatory.)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Work out pitches and sales strategies, along with the Brand Team and Sales Head, to effectively engage with clients, maximise on closures.
2. Drive profitability and sell on the aesthetics of brand and product.
3. Follow-up on lead funnel and pipeline, participate in weekly reviews towards creating visibility of week, fortnight and monthly funnel.
4. Contribute to Business Development by liaising with developers and approaching them for upcoming launches.
5. Source leads via multiple channels - channel partners, business associations, RWAs, corporate parks, etc.
6. Drive and curate site visits and revisits, explain project details, followed by pricing and follow ups.
7. Getting on-ground information with regular competition visits, best sales practices, site experiences and aggregating pricing and offer strategies towards continuous learning and development.
8. Drive business volumes and provide inputs and support to Management + Drive innovations.
Activities :
1. Developing a cogent calendar for sales activation.
2. Establish professional sales operations, nurture databases and ensure sanctity of real-time MIS updates.
3. Constant follow-up on lead pipeline to drive walk-ins and revisits. Play the role of influencer and assist in closure of deal at the site.
4. Nurturing long-term relationship with channel partners and clients.
5. Timely, up-to-date understanding of the market, with flow-back into discussions and strategy.
6. Actively networking with various sales teams to get credible, first-hand information about new launches, activation campaigns and resale.
