Manager - Sales - Real Estate (3-5 yrs)
A very reputed developer is looking for a Sales Manager to manage one of their luxury projects in Bangalore.
WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelors/Master's degree
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales in Bangalore market
- Industry Connect is crucial - good relationship with Brokers/ IPCs is a must
- Should have a strong customer orientation
- Should be a self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Meet channel partners on regular basis to generate business
- Manage key accounts and other channel partners, channel-associates, etc.
- Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
- Generate leads and manage walk- in clients
- Drive implementation of sales strategies around project offerings, product pricing and delivery in line with Organizational guidelines
- Ensure timely maintenance and review of MIS
- Communicate new initiatives to critical stakeholders
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation, events, etc. to ensure enough online and offline leads are generated for city's business
