Manager - Sales - Real Estate (3-12 yrs)
Role
- Engage - with our potential customers promptly, personally and with the goal of opening the conversation and ensuring they feel welcome
- Understand - who our potential customers are, what brought them to TE, their intent and timeline
For purchase, thus creating a robust customer profile
- Educate - and excite our potential customers by answering their questions and providing a tailored experience based on their requirements
- Nurture - maintain a healthy sales pipeline for TE by converting enquiries into site visits and site Visits into closures
- Close - close sales by continuously providing all required information and negotiating and facilitating.
- Provide the highest levels of customer service to all our customers
- Documentation - formally record each sale in the company's ERP system and provide regular reports to the function head on the status of the sales pipeline
- Knowledge - always maintain a thorough knowledge of the products, projects, company and industry.
- Continuously gather market and competition information and provide feedback on buying trends and current campaigns
