We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our real estate team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales with a proven ability to drive results and achieve targets. This role involves leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Team Leadership : Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

- Strategy Implementation : Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.

- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, client calling, Lead generation.

- Performance Monitoring : Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

- Sales Reporting : Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
