Manager - Sales - Real Estate (2-9 yrs)
Purpose of the job:
New Market Expansion of TMT
Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
1. Identifying Leads, Creating Sales Funnel and Sales Planning to achieve Monthly Numbers, deliver Volume & realize Revenue for assigned geography
a. This will require managing relationships with various stakeholders along with negotiating and customizing Company's offerings on a regular basis
b. Guide the team to achieve their targeted revenue every year
c. Key Account Management for identified business and critical accounts to ensure repeat purchase, higher share of customer wallet by leveraging cross selling opportunities
2. Enable changes to sales processes to improve customer conversion. Champion customer centricity and inculcate it in the sales associates
3. Manage, Monitor and Fulfil End-to-End Process by coordinating with Regional and Central Category Fulfillment Team
Who can apply :
- 5-10 years of sales experience in a B2B ecosystem, dealing with companies in EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and/or Real Estate Sector (Mandatory)
- "Go the extra mile" to drive sales
- Thorough Understanding of Steel Products (Long and Flats) and underlying industry dynamics
- Strong Ethics and High Perseverance
