- As a Sales manager, you would be involved in all our processes related to Sales & Lead Management. The areas of exposure you will get will include team management, business strategy & development, business growth, Customer Management etc.

Job Description :

1. Experience in selling apartments or villas

2. Plan and implement strategies to grow the business

3. Analyze and gather information about the market status to develop new customers base for the company to grow the overall sale of the business

4. Oversee and supervise business activities and its sales team to ensure they are aligned with the company's goals

5. Promoting or developing the company's brand and building awareness about it with customers

6. Generating new business opportunities

7. Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders and influencers

8. Assessing new opportunities and to focus on those opportunities

9. Managing various business proposals and submissions

10. Participating in new business negotiations

11. Develop long and short-term strategies and tactics for growth

12. Meet sales, revenue and profit targets

13. Ability to organize people, communicate and inspire team

14. Creating forecasts, Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals

15. Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities

16. Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness

17. Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports

19. Represent the company in events and conferences etc.

20. Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines

21. Train employees and help employees work on their weak areas
