Job Description :
- JD for the role of Sales Manager
- Handle clients from pre to post to possession.
- Explaining the project details to customers
- Follow up for Booking / new sale
- Post booking, check for all documents, send welcome note.
- Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- To ensure that the collection targets are met
- Coordinating with customer for Site visits & Bookings
- Participating in Marketing Promotions
- To ensure that all marketing plans and information are received from the Marketing and sales dept. and translated clearly to the team briefly
- Acting as a SPOC for all leading banks for establishing tie ups with them and receiving APFs for the respective projects. Thus facilitating the customers with a list of banks for their financial solutions.
- To ensure that all the records, allotments letters, agreements are properly maintained and easily accessible
- Supply team with required support materials and training to help them optimize best results from promotional activities
- Replicating and setting up functionalities of the Mumbai CFMS team in Pune, implementing a proper SOP and ensuring proper functioning of both the teams
- Training & motivating the new team members in Mumbai and Pune to use the CRM set up.
- Handholding and guiding them while handling irate customers and while solving complex customer cases.
