Job description :

- Industrial Sales activities in the given territory and nearby areas, including achieving sales targets

- Prospect, develop and manage customers

- Distributors appointment and management

Lead Generation : Proactively identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.

Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with suitable property options.

Property Presentations : Conduct property showings and presentations to potential buyers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each property.


Market Analysis : Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights to clients.

Negotiations : Assist clients in negotiating the terms and conditions of the property sale, including price, payment terms, and contingencies. Documentation: Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Closing Sales : Facilitate the closing process, coordinating with all relevant parties to ensure a successful and timely property transfer.

Requirements :

- Experience : 2 to 5 years

- Excellent communication skills

- Command over the Regional language of the territory

- Sales acumen, Negotiation skills and Networking skills
