Manager - Sales - Real Estate (2-5 yrs)
- Salary: 20K - 35 K + Incentives.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years in Real Estate Sales.
We are looking for Sales Manager having Experience of sales in Real Estate Industry,being very competitive, to help us build up our business activities. Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Having excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products. help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.
Job Responsibility:
- Call and line-up clients interested in properties.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Arrange property visits with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate the closing of property deals.
- Source new projects in the market.
- Generate daily reports to company management on sales operations using CRM systems.
- Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market.
- Attend sales meeting from time to time.
- Design and implement Sales & Marketing Strategies in line with the Company's Business Objectives.
- Deliver Sales Numbers as per Business Plan, both in terms of sourcing and closing.
- Reaching the set Targets and Goals.
- Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
- Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
Skill Set Required :
- Must be a Dynamic and aggressive person with good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Having team handling skills an added advantage.
- Self-Motivated, Self-Driven personality.
Gender : Preferable Male, also female willing to do field sales.
- Having own 2-wheeler is preferred.
Place of Work: Western, Central, South Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, KDMC, Pune.
