Manager - Sales - Real Estate (2-4 yrs)
- Should attend the meeting scheduled by the lead generation team and convert it into a sale
- Responsible to manage a sales team
- Tie-up with the channel partners in the lead generation
- Taking customers to the site visit
- Collecting the application form from the customer while closing the deal
- Creating a CID (Customer identification) for the walk in customer
- Preparing the allotment letter along with the calculation of the flat cost
- Handing over the booking formalities to the CRM
- Resolving the queries at site in respect to car parking issues, customer access, construction related issues, coordination with project team etc
- Representing the company's project all over India via exhibition
- Preparing monthly MIS in respect to sales
