Manager - Sales - Real Estate (2-3 yrs)
Experience: 2 To 3 Yrs in Real Estate Sales or Similar Roles
Location: Bengaluru (Whitefield)
Mandatory: Only Male
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive property sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Manage end-to-end property sales processes, including negotiations and closings.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in real estate or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
