Manager - Sales - Real Estate (2-15 yrs)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of tele callers and sales executives, and ensuring the successful achievement of business targets. Job Responsibilities :
- Monitoring and motivating tele callers and sales executives
- Provide best customer service with delight and maintaining good relations
- Developing of new idea to generate business and responsible for maintaining records
- Convince and negotiate customers to make them realize the benefits of our projects
- Market research and analyze
- Maintain accurate records
- Organize event as and when required
- Target need to be achieved on weekly, monthly, quarterly yearly basis
- Create a new channel partner and execute a sales plan that meets or exceeds
- Established revenue and profit target
- Continuous expand customer understanding and product solution and capabilities
- Complete sales activity reports and presentation in a highly manner
- Optimize business development plan by working closely with subordinate to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency through development and pre-qualified of leads
- Evaluate sheet on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Daily work activity report to respective managers and update in CRM system
