Sales Manager for virtual meets (English, Hindi & Telugu)
- Experience - Onsite/Virtual meet sales exp in real estate >2yr exp
- Location - Hyderabad
- Language - Excellent English, Hindi & Telugu.
- Working Hours - 9 hours including 1 hour break time (11am to 8pm & 12pm to 9pm)rotational shift
- Week Off - Mon/Tue/Wed
- Joining: Immediate
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Client Interaction: Conduct onsite and virtual meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored real estate solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Lead Management: Manage and nurture leads through follow-ups, presentations, and negotiations to convert them into successful sales.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide accurate advice to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service and successful deal closures.
- Documentation: Oversee and assist in the completion of legal and financial documentation related to property sales.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Experience Required :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in onsite/virtual sales within the real estate sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
