Educational qualifications: M.B.A in marketing or Graduate
Reporting structure: reporting to CMO
Role description/key responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets.
- Identify the customer and external institutions and scope them in detail.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key individuals in the prospective organizations and on site customers.
- Present the organization/project/product to prospective customer
- Understand the competitive offerings.
- Develop special offers/programs for customers.
- Design and organize programs/roadshows/events etc. on site to Sell.
Key skills:
Language skills -
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in spoken Marathi and Hindi
Relationship skills:
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a cross section of society over a sustained period of time.
- Will have to work with same set of clients over a long period of years.
Technology skills:
- Functional MS office skills.
Sales skills:
Ability to sell product/concept.
Experience:
- Selling products with long sales cycle.
- Experience in selling/building sustained relationships with senior professionals.
Preferred industry experience:
- Candidates from the real estate business having worked on selling high-ticket homes.
- Candidates from the banking/financial products and services/wealth management industry.
