Manager - Sales - Real Estate (10-15 yrs)
Key Responsibilities: -
- Planning and implementation of Sales strategies to connect with the potential customers and to retain the existing clientele.
- Ensure desired quality of business, need based selling & right product mix to achieve the assigned business targets.
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Providing complete information to customers on market conditions, prices & other logistics to ensure a fair & honest dealing.
- Leading and managing team ensuring a high level of quality service to Customers/potential customers simultaneously ensuring profitability of the team.
- Training, Coaching and reviewing the progress of team members to ensure achievement & over-achievement of their individual targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Successful previous experience into sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
