Manager - Sales - Real Estate (10-12 yrs)
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 10-12 years of professional experience, preferably in the real estate industry or stone or marble industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record in driving sales and closure of deals and also have the ability to effectively manage a sales team.
Requirements:
1. At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience of 10-12 years in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
3. Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
5. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
8. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and objectives.
10. Willingness to travel as required.
Core Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.
3. Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
6. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
7. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
8. Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
9. Stay up to date with industry developments and trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
10. Conduct regular sales meetings and training to motivate and educate the sales team.
