Gross Salary: Up To 7 LPA + Incentives

DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATION-

- Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

- Determine clients needs and financials abilities in order to propose solutions that suit them.

- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing.

- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.

- Display and market real property to possible buyers.

- Maintain and update listings of available properties.

- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

- Achieve Company targets.

- Handling existing clients

- Client generation through cold calling, follow-up & call closure (converting calls into clients)

- Analysing client requirement.

- Handling billing/ invoice, AMC documents and quotation

- Regular reporting through daily/weekly reports.

- Conducting market research (segmenting) and understanding the market as well.

- Maintaining the client database as well as data retrieving of prospective clients

- Devising new marketing strategies to increase company sales

- Ready to travel on business meeting involving demos, presentations and corporate tie-ups

- Excellent oral, written & interpersonal communication skills
